Hi Debbie1955, I'm guessing that you have some hard page breaks in your document and that you don't have the Show/Hide characters switched on? On that assumption, try the following: 1. Click the Show/Hide button in the toolbar on the Home tab (it's the one with the ¶ symbol in it) to display your document formatting. Scroll through the document from page 6 onwards and look for -Page Break - 3. Click at the beginning of the -Page Break - and press Delete If you want to switch off the Show/Hide characters just click on the button again to hide them.

Personally, I leave them switch on all the time, it takes away all the little 'surprises' such as the one you are experiencing. Does this response help you? If so, would you please click on the green Vote As Helpful button to assist future visitors experiencing the same problem.
